About Phu Tai JSC
Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (Phu Tai JSC) was originally Phu Tai Construction Materials Manufacturing Company, formed under Decision No. 124/QD-QK. The company was created by merging three units: Enterprise 380, Enterprise 224, and An Truong Construction Materials Manufacturing Enterprise.
By January 2005, PHU TAI JOINT STOCK COMPANY officially began operating as a joint stock company, focusing on wood processing and stone cladding production.
Up to now, the company has owned more than 30 member companies under the corporation, operating stone and wood production facilities that supply and export products worldwide.

Stone Products
The Stone segment is Phu Tai JSC's oldest and most foundational business. With an extensive quarry network stretching from Yen Bai to Khanh Hoa and high-capacity processing plants across Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands, Phu Tai is one of Vietnam's leading natural stone and engineered quartz producers, supplying customers domestically and in over 30 countries worldwide.
Wood Furniture
The Wood segment is one of Phu Tai JSC's strategic export pillars. With three modern manufacturing plants in Binh Dinh, Dong Nai and the Central Highlands, and more than 10,000 hectares of FSC-certified forest, Phu Tai produces high-quality indoor and outdoor furniture that meets the exacting standards of the EU, US, Japanese and Australian markets.
Car Trading & Services
Phu Tai JSC's Automotive segment is an officially authorised Toyota sales and service representative, operating two locations in Da Nang and one in Binh Dinh. With Toyota-trained technicians, modern workshop facilities and Toyota-standard customer service processes, Phu Tai Automotive is committed to delivering a transparent vehicle purchasing experience and professional warranty and maintenance services for customers across Central Vietnam.
Real Estate Development
Phu Tai JSC's Real Estate segment reflects the company's long-term vision and aspiration to create lasting community value. Phu Tai develops urban townships, commercial buildings and premium residential projects in Binh Dinh and across Central Vietnam. With experience delivering large-scale developments, the company is committed to products that achieve high standards in design, construction quality and long-term liveability.
Wood Pellet
Phu Tai JSC's Biomass Energy segment is built on the natural advantage of its integrated wood production and forestry resource chain. Phu Tai collects and processes by-products from its timber manufacturing operations — including sawdust, wood chips and tree trimmings — into wood pellets and energy wood chips for export and supply to domestic power plants and industrial zones. This is a strategic step in Phu Tai's commitment to green and sustainable business development.
